(I) Structural and Material Requirements

1. Frame Material: High-quality steel Q235, environmentally friendly polymer coating (electrostatic powder painted), reinforced with hospital-grade disinfectant resistance, seamless welding, and highly polished joints, and free from corrosion and fading risks.

2. Structural Craftsmanship: The overall structure is robust and stable, with no obvious welding marks at component connection points and no workmanship defects (such as burrs, looseness, deformation, etc.), conforming to modern medical equipment design aesthetics.

Mattress - removable, made of polyurethane foam, anti-decubitus, thickness 100 mm. Mattress cover is made of polyurethane (waterproof, breathable, and resistant to medical disinfectants), with zip. Main casters: 4 pcs 360° rotating polyurethane casters (unmarked). Caster diameter: 200 mm, enclosed with plastic lateral covers. Fifth-wheel caster. Central braking system. Protective bumpers on corners. Drain bag holders on each side. Foldable aluminum siderails with lock. IV pole and 4 holes on each side of frame. Oxygen tank placement with straps, for cylinder max. volume up to 7L.
